The problem with a giant unexpected anxiety flareup, given it’s usually social (suffering from Social Anxiety Disorder) is that when it is a stress induced relapse there was no way to identify that I was being triggered. Not only that but when it also increases preexisting medical conditions, exacerbating them further, leaving you pretty much completely debilitated from muscle pulls, strains, stomach cramps & a raw throat & esophagus you’re left with the only option - to take a break. But how?
